Voices For Our Fathers Legacy Foundation’s Board of Directors began the spring season focused on remembrance, healing, and national education. Board members enthusiastically reaffirmed their commitment to honoring the 625 men of the U.S. Public Health Service Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male at Tuskegee and Macon County, Alabama, while upholding the Foundation’s dedication to truth, humanity, and historical accountability.

16th Annual Day of Healing and Empowerment In April: Continued to emphasize descendant empowerment and collective healing. Guided by the theme, “Legacy of Courage: Healing through Truth, Justice, and Community”; distinguished panelists Pastor Braynard Collins, Dr. Constance Smith Hendricks, RN, and the Honorable Kathy Campbell Smith delivered inspiring messages. Kimberley Pointer also blessed the gathering with two soulful and uplifting musical selections.
